“Start-Stroy” LLC, the construction manager of the large-scale residential complex on a river Volga bank in “Mescherskoye ozero” residential neighborhood, has become the winner in the “Residential Real Estate Investment Project” nomination.
The winner was announced during the contest closing ceremony, which took place at the State Center of Modern Art “Arsenal” on the 17th of February, 2012.
“Stolitsa Nizhny” Group is the multiple winner of the “Investment Project of the Year” Contest. This annual contest was instituted by the Ministry of Investment Policy of Nizhny Novgorod Region in 2006. Every year the Ministry awards companies which contributed significantly into economic and social development of the region.
“Start-Stroy” LLC, which is a part of “Stolitsa Nizhny” Group, has been operating in Nizhny Novgorod’s market of commercial and residential real estate property since 1997. This is a full-cycle company maintaining the whole development process from the design stage till delivering residential properties on a turnkey basis. The company has constructed over 20 residential and office buildings including the apartment buildings within the “Sedmoye nebo” residential complex. The funds invested into the residential complex amount to 3.771 bln roubles.
