The INFOLine analysts compiled the "INFOLine Developer Russia TOP-100" rating of the hundred largest owners of shopping centers in Russia, on the basis of the agency's annual survey in 2012. The rating was based on the data of 500 companies that manage shopping centers in 130 cities of Russia.
In 2012 “Stolitsa Nizhny” Group took the 15th rank with 287.6 thousand square meters General and 189.6 thousand square meters leasable area of the shopping center.
In April 2012, “Stolitsa Nizhny” Group opened “Sedmoye Nebo” Shopping Center. This is the fourth shopping center, which opens under the Group’s management. The total area of 75,000 sq m accommodates fashion boutiques, accessories shops, stores for electronics, home appliances, sports goods, as well as various cafes, restaurants and customer services. The key operators include 10-screen “Cinema Park” multiplex with the city's first IMAX movie theater, the city’s first “FizKult” fitness club managed by Russian Fitness Group, “M.Video” home electronics store, “L’Etoile” and “Iles de Beaute” cosmetics and perfume stores, “DNS” supermarket for digital goods, “Hibachi” and “KFC” fast food restaurants, “KofeTun-SushiTun” café, “Quiksilver” sports clothing store and other retailers.
