“Sedmoye Nebo” Shopping Center became the winner in the category “Commercial Real Estate Investment Project”.
The award ceremony was held at “Oka” Hotel on February 20th 2013. The best investors of 2012 were addressed the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region Valery Shantsev, and head of Nizhny Novgorod Oleg Sorokin.
The competition of investment projects is held annually by the Government of Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Ministry of the Investment Policy of the Region. 41 investor participated in the competition in 2012. The top 10 of them became the winners in the different categories - industry, agriculture, IT-technologies.

"Sedmoye Nebo" ("Seventh Heaven") shopping and recreation center has been constructed by "Stolitsa Nizhny" Group on a river Volga bank in "Mescherskoye Ozero" residential neighborhood. With its total floor space of 75,000 sq m on the two floors, "Sedmoye Nebo" is the region's third largest shopping and recreation center, and the largest one on the lower bank of the river. The construction of the center started in January 2011. The center was opened on the 26th of April 2012. "Sedmoye Nebo" shopping and recreation center provides the residents of the lower part of Nizhny Novgorod with new possibilities for shopping and family oriented entertainment.
